Product Liability

A products liability claim arises when you are injured arising out of the use of a defective product. For example, a computer might contain a defect in it that could cause injury to the user. In order to prevail in a products liability case, you must show that the seller or manufacturer of the product knew or should have known about the defect when it left their hands. In most cases, you have two years from the date you were injured to file a lawsuit against the seller or manufacturer of the defective product. Depending on the strength of the case, no fee will be charged unless a recovery is made. Should you have further questions, please give us a call. We are open Monday through Friday.
