Animal Owners Liability

A claim may be brought against an owner of an animal for causing your injuries. For example, if you are injured as a result of an attack by a dog, you may have a claim against the dog owner. In cases against a dog owner, an owner is liable for injuries resulting from a dog attack. An owner is defined as either having possession or harbouring a dog.
